Tips on Discussing MS Treatments With Doctor

Weighing the Potential Benefits and Risks of MS Therapy

As a person living with multiple sclerosis, it's important to remember that you and your healthcare professional are partners in deciding which multiple sclerosis treatment is right for you.

Having an open discussion with your healthcare professional about TYSABRI, and getting answers to all your questions, will help you determine whether TYSABRI is the right multiple sclerosis treatment for you.

Whenever you meet with your healthcare professional, remember to:

  • Keep a running list of questions and take it with you to your next appointment. Discuss these questions with your doctor and write down the answers during your appointment
  • Tell your healthcare professional about any symptoms you've had since your last appointment
  • Always be upfront and honest about anything you are experiencing. Remember that all of your questions are valid, and all of your symptoms are important
  • Make a list of 3 things you love to do and reflect on whether or not they are as easy to do now as they were before. Assess whether or not you enjoy them as much now as you used to, and share this information with your healthcare professional
