Multiple Sclerosis Support Groups

Engaging in a community of understanding

Groups exist to help you whether you are a person with multiple sclerosis (MS), a caregiver, a family member, or simply a friend. Don't make the mistake of thinking you have to go it alone, or that asking for help is a sign of weakness when dealing with MS. It's not. It's a sign of wisdom. It's an acknowledgement that together we have the strength to stand against MS, and reach our high hopes.

Find out about MS "Personal Connections" support groups near you by logging onto the National MS Society website at www.nationalmssociety.org.You can also search for live events in your area, where you can meet others with MS and stay updated on MS treatments, research and news.

Care for the caregiver

Caring for someone with MS can be as rewarding as it is frustrating. To help guide you, we’ve dedicated a series of resources that offer advice on how to nurture intimacy, avoid abuse, care for yourself and much more.
